Refund Policy

Refunds, if provided, must be handled by Black Watch North directly (they are not handled through SportsSignup).

Registration Refunds:
Black Watch Soccer Club has a no refund policy in place for players and families that choose to leave the club for various reasons. There is an appeal process that is reviewed on a case by case basis by the Advisory Board. Please contact your team manager to facilitate this policy and bring to the board. Any player injured during the season may request some financial consideration after player has been out for a minimum 75 days. Request should be sent through the administrator of the club and will be reviewed by the board. Account must be current for any consideration. Thank You
